← The three pillars
Pillar 01 · Off-the-shelf · All preclinical

Banked, engineered healthy-donor HSPCs.

Hemavive engineers healthy-donor hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells so they can be banked, cryopreserved and infused without HLA matching or donor-search delay — then tunes the same toolbox to what each disease needs.

Two independent design choices

Immune invisibility, and how long the graft should last.

These two axes — not the disease — determine how a product is engineered. Setting them independently is what lets one platform serve an emergency bridge and a lifelong correction.

Axis 1 · Invisibility

Permanent

The cells stay invisible to recipient immunity for as long as they persist.

Developmental

Invisibility during engraftment, with HLA class I restored as the cells mature.

Axis 2 · Duration

Temporary graft

A safety switch clears the cells once the host's own marrow recovers.

Durable graft

The graft is intended to persist and keep producing corrected cells from one infusion.

UHRP-Bridge

Radiation injury

Permanent invisibility · Temporary graft

A stockpiled, off-the-shelf hematopoietic bridge for radiation-induced marrow failure — cleared by a safety switch once host hematopoiesis recovers.

Hemoglobinopathies

SCD & β-thalassemia

Permanent invisibility · Durable graft

A banked one-time infusion for durable correction — partial donor chimerism can produce a disproportionate share of healthy red cells.

Immune deficiencies

SCID & selected IEIs

Developmental invisibility · Durable graft

One banked product across several SCID genotypes, with HLA class I restored as the cells mature.

2,000–3,000
